In many ways Dublin are were leading the way in terms of modern housing design regulation until 2015.
Sustainable Urban Housing which I
nowregard(ed) as second only to the Parker Morris report, and more recent.Or would be if they hadn't a) removed it from the server and b) downgraded the standards.
