I followed the same sequence of steps for this second video, downloaded the video and audio separately with Bradly’s plugin for Opera, processed the two files separately, the video with VideoReDo quick stream fix to correct the length fault and the audio with https://www.aconvert.com/audio/ to get a .wav file. This left me with an mp4 video file and a .wav audio file which I combined using Avidemux in Linux and the resulting HD file is linked below:-
